Operational MaintenanceMonitor and maintain CyberArk Conjur and AAM environmentsPerform routine health checks patching and upgrades of CyberArk infrastructureEnsure high availability and performance of CyberArk servicesTechnical Support TroubleshootingProvide L2L3 support for CyberArk Conjur AAM and CORE PASInvestigate and resolve incidents service requests and performance issuesCollaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issuesIntegration OnboardingSupport onboarding of custom web applications and thirdparty systemsAssist in implementing and maintaining custom connectorsEnsure secure integration with enterprise applications and databasesDocumentation Knowledge SharingMaintain uptodate documentation for operational procedures and configurationsCreate knowledge base articles and SOPs for recurring issues and tasksConduct training sessions and provide guidance to internal teams and customersSecurity ComplianceImplement and enforce secure access policies for privileged accountsEnsure compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirementRequirementsStrong understanding of Privileged Access Management PAM principlesHandson experience with CyberArk CORE PAS Conjur and AAMFamiliarity with CyberArk REST APIs and custom connector developmentProven troubleshooting and problemsolving skills in enterprise environmentsExperience in supporting and maintaining CyberArk infrastructureRelevant CyberArk certifications eg Defender Sentry CDEGuardian are highly desirableAbility to lead technical discussions and collaborate with crossfunctional teamsQualifications6 to 8 years of experience in implementing and managing PAM solutions for an enterpriseBachelors degree in information technology computer science or a related disciplineKnowledge and understanding across a wide range of technology domains and application frameworks and have ability to quickly grasp relationships of various disciplinesExcellent communication skills with strong business and technical visionExperience demonstrating strong selfmotivation and accountabilityExpectations for PAM CandidatesProficiency in scripting for reporting, automation, and custom requirements.Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory.Experience with database and application interoperability.Capability to integrate PAM solutions with various applications.Familiarity with key PAM functionalities such as:Identity discovery and onboardingApplication integration,API usage,Central Policy Manager (CPM),Privileged Session Manager (PSM),Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA)Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
