Job Title: Financial ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Expert to join our team.Key Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have expertise in GST filing, payroll management, and bookkeeping in India.They should also have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with relevant work experience.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing GST returns on time, reviewing and verifying GST documents, and monitoring GST regulations.They will also oversee payroll process, including salary calculations and deductions, maintain employee records, handle payroll tax deductions, address employee inquiries, accurately record financial transactions, maintain general ledger entries, reconcile bank statements, generate financial reports, analyze financial data to identify trends, collaborate to prepare financial reports, support financial statement preparation, evaluate compliance with Indian accounting and tax regulations, keep track of changes in tax laws and accounting standards, assist with external audits, and collaborate with departments to gather financial data.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Experience as an Accountant with expertise in GST filing, payroll management, and bookkeeping in India.Understanding of Indian accounting principles and taxation.Proficient in accounting software and MS Office suite.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
