What You will Do:


  • Reconcile Accounts payable and Accounts receivables transactions and bank transactions reconciliation.
  • Acting as the primary contact for escalated high-priority support cases, including overall management of triage.
  • Actively informing customers about production issues.
  • Managing disputes and advising merchants on handling their disputes and trends.
  • Measuring efficiency of operational tasks, such as onboarding merchants and support.
  • Working with processors to resolve high-priority operational issues.
  • Representing the platform in customer discussions and addressing escalated accounts due to operational problems.
  • Conducting root cause analysis and other data analysis to learn from current situations and improve future outcomes.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs and requirements while managing customer expectations.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and the implementation of new software features and updates.


We're Looking for Someone:


  • Completed BCOM, MBA, CA Inter.
  • Experience in the payments industry is highly preferred.
  • Over 2-4 years of experience in Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, and handling customer disputes.
  • Experience in reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
  • Capable of managing escalations and resolving issues promptly.
  • Experience overseeing payment/acquiring operations for payment processors, banks, or other financial institutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve results.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to accomplish objectives.
  • In-depth understanding of both business and technology.


NOTE :

  • This will be rotational shifts. Initially you will be working in night shifts.
