About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Developer to join our team and lead the development of innovative data-driven solutions using Power BI.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy production-grade Power BI solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.Develop semantic models and star schemas for medium-to-large datasets, ensuring data integrity and performance.Implement advanced DAX formulas and Power Query (M) techniques to transform and visualize complex data.Publish reports to Power BI Service, manage workspaces, schedules, and subscriptions, and ensure seamless user experiences.Build and maintain marketing campaign dashboards, tracking key metrics such as acquisition, conversion, ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution, retention, and engagement.Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design reports, and validate instrumentation.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, recommending process improvements and staying current with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric capabilities.Requirements5+ years of experience in data analytics, including 3+ years of building production-grade solutions in Power BI.Expert-level proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M).Demonstrated ability to design and implement semantic models, star schemas, and data visualizations.Strong analytical skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.Judgment and decision-making abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
