Coupa Administrator RoleWe are seeking a skilled Coupa administrator to join our team and support the ongoing optimization of our Coupa platform.Key Responsibilities:Serving as the lead Coupa system administrator, responsible for day-to-day operations and strategic improvements is a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our newly implemented Coupa platform.Provide responsive support to end users (Procurement, Finance, AP, etc.), resolving issues and answering configuration-related queries effectively.Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Coupa configurations (e.g., business rules, approval chains, chart of accounts, suppliers, custom fields).Own user onboarding and access provisioning, including training and permission setup to ensure seamless integration.Proactively monitor data quality (supplier data, catalogs, accounting structures) and recommend improvements for efficient operations.Lead or support system change requests, testing, validation, and rollout to minimize downtime.Create and maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices to enhance knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability.Support reporting and analytics efforts using Coupa dashboards or data extracts to inform business decisions.Mentor and upskill internal team members in Coupa administration and configuration to ensure knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability.Requirements & Experience:6+ years of hands-on experience as a Coupa Administrator or in a Coupa configuration role.Deep knowledge of Coupa modules including Procure-to-Order (P2O).Experience supporting Coupa in a post-implementation or hypercare environment.Strong understanding of system configuration, business rules, approval workflows, user roles, and integration points.Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Comfortable leading training or knowledge transfer sessions with non-technical stakeholders.
