Job OverviewThis role involves working closely with the employer as their right-hand person.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be highly organised.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Sales:Handle customer inquiries, sales, and immigration support tasks.Qualify leads and confidently close paid consultations or service engagements.Build strong relationships with clients and manage expectations.Immigration Support & Documentation:Send agreements, checklists, and reminders to clients.Organise client files, folders, and evidence.Liaise with Immigration New Zealand when required.Operational Support (2IC Role):Act as the coordination point for contractors.Maintain databases, folders, and digital workflows.Assist in refining templates, checklists, and processes.Manage operational matters when the employer is focused on complex cases or deadlines.Required Skills and QualificationsFuency in Hindi and/or Punjabi is preferred.BenefitsThe ideal candidate should be able to express thoughts clearly in writing.
