Grow Your Staff is looking for a Web Developer and Digital Marketing Executive for a UK-based digital-first company offering web solutions, LinkedIn automation tools, and lead generation services. This is a full-time remote position.The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the leadership team.Experience required- 2-5 years  CTC- 12-15 LPALocation- Remote Time- 1:00 pm- 10:00 pm (Monday - Friday)Type of employment- Full-time ResponsibilitiesWeb DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain websites for both the client and its customers using WordPress, Webflow, or custom code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)Implement responsive, mobile-friendly designs and ensure cross-browser compatibilityOptimise websites for speed, performance, and SEOIntegrate analytics, CRM, and automation tools to enhance functionalityConduct regular audits to ensure uptime, functionality, and security complianceDigital MarketingPlan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) for in-house and client projectsConduct keyword research, write high-performing ad copy, and track ROISupport content creation, including blogs, landing pages, and newslettersUse analytics tools to measure, report, and optimise campaign performanceProvide insights and recommendations for continuous digital growthUX/UI & Brand ExperienceApply UX principles to enhance user journeys and engagementCollaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive brandingConduct user testing, gather feedback, and improve site usability and conversion ratesRequirementsHTMLCSS JavaScriptCMS platform (WordPress or Webflow)Google AdsSEOGoogle AnalyticsCRM toolsPreferredExperience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B digital campaignsFamiliarity with Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD for UI designAbility to manage multiple client projects simultaneouslyQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience (2+ years) in web development and digital marketingStrong understanding of UX/UI principles and digital advertising toolsExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and project ownershipAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
