GRC Technology Analyst

GRC Technology Analyst Our site in India is seeking a GRC Technology Analyst to join our team. The Technology Analyst role is responsible for managing and enhancing our organization's cybersecurity risk management and compliance programs.What You'll Do: ​Manage and Enhance GRC Tools: Administer and optimize the use of GRC platforms to streamline risk assessments, audits, and compliance tracking.Integration and Collaboration: Integrate our GRC platforms with other IT ecosystems to automate workflows, collect evidence, and improve visibility.Cybersecurity Risk Management: Collaborate with the Cybersecurity organization to strategically leverage GRC platforms for streamlining processes and enhancing the quality and efficiency of outputs.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to support the implementation, continuous monitoring, and lifecycle management of security controls through effective use of GRC platforms.Reporting: Enhance the utilization of GRC tools to enable consistent, transparent, and actionable reporting on compliance posture, risk assessment results, and remediation progress for stakeholders and executive leadership.Training: Design and develop training materials to educate stakeholders on effectively utilizing and maximizing the value of GRC platforms.Documentation: Create and maintain procedural documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements.Evaluation: Research, analyze, and evaluate emerging GRC and cybersecurity tools.What We Seek:Education: Bachelor's degree in information security, risk management, or a related field.Experience: 4-5 years of experience in information security, risk management, or compliance.Certifications: Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or similar.Skills:Proficient understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NIST, HIPAA, ISO Skilled understanding with GRC tools and best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively on multiple initiatives in a team environment.Outstanding Candidates Will Have:2 years of experience managing and maintaining AuditBoard.Experience with cross-GRC platform integrations.Experience with PowerBI or other reporting technologies.What We Offer:At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
