Our mission is to make Pilates accessible and transformative for everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners, through mindful movement and posture correction. We offer mat and reformer Pilates classes, one-on-one and small group sessions, with programs tailored to enhance posture, strength, and flexibility. Our studio ensures a premium yet approachable experience in a welcoming and supportive environment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Certified Pilates Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for conducting Pilates classes, including mat and reformer sessions, both in group and one-on-one formats. The instructor will develop personalized programs, assist clients with posture correction, and ensure the safety and effectiveness of exercise routines. Additionally, the instructor will foster a supportive atmosphere, provide exceptional customer service, and help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals.QualificationsExperience in Pilates Instruction and Group ExerciseKnowledge in Physical Therapy and posture correctionStrong Customer Service and interpersonal skillsTeaching experience and the ability to adapt sessions to individual needsCertification in Pilates instruction and familiarity with reformer and mat exercises (Balanced Body, STOTT, YKBI)Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate clientsPassion for fitness, health, and wellbeing
