Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining registration and licenses in India, providing compliance support to all business units, managing KYC and AML matters, and implementing controls to ensure regulatory compliance.About You:You have at least 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within the financial services sector.You hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have in-depth knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks and guidelines.You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating compliance risks.Responsibilities:Maintain registration and license in India.Provide compliance support to all business units of the company in India.Manage KYC and AML matters, implement controls over KYC and AML in order to comply with relevant rules and regulations, ensure our company complies with the regulatory reporting obligations.Implement and renew policies and procedures to ensure business comply with the rules and regulations.Identify, resolve and escalate compliance risk on a timely manner.Represent the company as its regulatory communications officer.Enforce the best market practice within the crypto business activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field;In-depth knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks and guidelines, with hands-on experience in KYC/AML implementation and regulatory reporting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
