Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Data and Analytics Practice Leader to build and lead our healthcare data services for payer and provider organizations. This individual must have proven experience building data practices from the ground up with a strong healthcare technology background. Key Responsibilities:Build and scale data practice including service offerings, delivery frameworks, and revenue growth.Meet annual revenue contribution targets through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.Establish data governance policies and compliance frameworks for healthcare environments.Create standardized methodologies and tools that differentiate our services.Drive business development and manage P&L for practice. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:10+ years in data leadership roles with a proven track record of building data practices.Healthcare payer and provider technology services background required.Experience growing practices to significant revenue with enterprise clients.Track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue contribution targets.P&L responsibility and business development experience.Expertise in database design, data modeling, and warehousing.Strong SQL, Python/R programming skills.Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR, X12, ICD).Knowledge of big data technologies and ML/AI frameworks.
