The Production Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of print production, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Key responsibilities include managing production workflows, supervising production teams, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. The role involves optimizing processes for efficiency while maintaining the highest levels of attention to detail.QualificationsFocus on Overall equipment Effectiveness (OEE)Handling Quality Control Production Planning and scheduling Cost control & Waste managementFocus on Breakdown Maintenance & Uptime Ensure Safety & Compliance Strong expertise in production processes, workflow management, and schedulingProficiency in supervising teams, allocating resources, and ensuring quality controlFamiliarity with advanced printing technologies and low-GSM paper printing techniquesExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skillsAbility to collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet project requirementsBachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Engineering, or equivalent field (preferred)Experience in the printing industry or a related field is a significant advantageExperience:8 - 12 Years of experience
