Human Resources Specialist for Payroll Administration

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to oversee the administration of our payroll department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with expertise in payroll processing, compliance, and data management.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire payroll cycle, including data collection, computation, deductions, and disbursements, ensuring accurate and timely execution.Oversee compliance with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to payroll.Review and verify payroll calculations, including basic salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and benefits.Maintain accurate employee data and ensure seamless payroll processing.Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring our practices remain compliant.Prepare and file required payroll-related reports and returns within specified deadlines.Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.Provide support for payroll-related audits and inspections.Competencies: Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.Client Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop and implement effective strategies to improve payroll processes.Crisis Management: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve payroll-related crises.Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve payroll discrepancies.Multi-tasking: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
