🌊 We’re Hiring – Senior Metocean Engineer / Coastal Modeler | ISIR.AIISIR.AI is expanding its Marine & Coastal Division and is looking for a highly experienced Senior Metocean Engineer / Coastal Modeler to join our dynamic and growing team.We are seeking professionals with strong expertise in hydrodynamic modeling, metocean data analysis, and Python-based workflows.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesConduct hydrodynamic modeling of wind, wave, current, and water levels using MIKE 21 / MIKE Zero suite.Perform return period and extreme event analysis (cyclonic and non-cyclonic).Model wave dynamics, sediment transport, and coastal morphology changes.Validate models with observed and satellite datasets.Automate data preprocessing and post-processing using Python.Prepare technical reports and visualizations for regional and international projects.🔹 Required Skills & ToolsMIKE 21 / MIKE Zero (HD, SW, ST, Coupled Modules)Python for metocean data analysis, visualization, and automationStrong understanding of hydrodynamics, wave mechanics, and coastal processesFamiliarity with return period statistics and extreme value analysisExperience in handling ERA5, ECMWF, or similar reanalysis datasets🔹 Preferred QualificationsPh.D. or M.Tech in Ocean Engineering, Coastal Engineering, Marine Science, or related fields7–10 years of experience in applied metocean or coastal modelingDemonstrated experience in offshore energy, LNG, or port development projectsIf you’re ready to take on challenging and meaningful projects, we’d love to hear from you.📧 Apply Now: career@isir.ai🌐 Learn more: www.isir.ai#Hiring #Metocean #CoastalEngineering #Hydrodynamics #WaveModeling #Python #MarineScience #MIKE21 #ISIRAI #OffshoreEngineering #EnergyTransition
