SME Gen AI-Kore.AI & SME Gen AI- Avaamo
Build, develop and manage GEN AI product from strategy, to design, to optimization, across every channel and touchpoint, with expertise in every domain – creating a seamless experience across the customer lifecycle
Participate in requirements analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
Test and deploy applications and systems
Revise, update, refactor and debug code
Improve existing software
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Experience in working with AI/NLP platform for building chatbots Experience with any one of the technology (JavaScript, Node.js, or Python)
Interact with various teams at the client site, develop and integrate ChatBots to various channels like FB, Twitter, Mobile App, Websites, etc.
The individual will be accountable for the managing GEN AI products/Tool across the assigned portfolio of accounts within DWS. Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support before OEM

Python Scripts developer-
Script Development : Writing, testing, and maintaining Power Scripts to automate various tasks and processes within the project. This includes creating scripts for data manipulation, system integration, and workflow automation.
Project Coordination : Collaborating with project managers and other team members to understand project requirements and deliverables. Ensuring that scripts and automation solutions align with project goals and timelines.
Technical Support : Providing technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Power Scripts. This includes debugging scripts, resolving errors, and optimizing performance.
Documentation : Creating and maintaining documentation for scripts, including usage instructions, technical specifications, and change logs. Ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Training and Knowledge Sharing : Training team members on the use of Power Scripts and automation tools. Sharing knowledge and best practices to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Continuous Improvement : Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within the project. Proactively suggesting and implementing enhancements to existing scripts and workflows.
