As a Growth Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for Internshala and Internshala Trainings. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, design and product teams to identify growth opportunities and implement effective campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive growth by building strategies across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, engagement and enrollment
2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective campaigns
4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to optimize growth efforts
5. Engage with potential customers through various channels to promote our offerings
6. Assist in the creation of content and marketing materials tailored to our target audience
7. Develop and implement data-driven optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance, including A/B testing, segmentation, and targeting
Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years experience in a growth role, preferably within the education or skilling industry
2. Experience in analyzing data to derive actionable insights
3. Experience in operating and managing digital marketing tools and platforms
