Your work profile


As a Senior Consultant in our Kronos Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -


As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.



Desired qualifications

  • Practitioner with an experience of 5 - 11 years
  • Proven experience as a UKG WFM Integration Consultant in 5 or more customer projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of UKG WFM system architecture, functionalities, and its integration capabilities with other HR applications using Boomi
  • Expertise in integration technologies and methodologies like APIs, Web Service Servers, basic SQL queries
  • Boomi Certified Developer
  • Boomi Certified Professional
  • 3+ years’ experience in Java Scripting and/or Groovy Scripting
  • 3+ years’ experience in UKG WFM Boomi Templates


Preferred qualifications

  • Hands on experience of Workflows (Business Process Models)
  • Hands on experience of EDAP
  • Knowledge of CWFM extension
  • Knowledge of Document Manager


Location and way of working

  • Base location: Pan India
  • This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
  • Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
