Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rooms Division Faculty at IIHM in New Delhi. The Rooms Division Faculty will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and providing guidance to students pursuing Hospitality Management. The role involves curriculum development, student evaluation, and active participation in academic activities.


Requirements

  • Graduation in Hospitality is a must with Minimum 05 Years of Experience in 5 Star hotels. If Masters will be preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a presentable and pleasant personality.
  • Successful work experience with thinking ability, creative, strong in follow ups, and strong on team handling.
  • Salary as per the Industry standards and knowledge

  • Knowledge of Hotel Operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
