Graphic Design RoleWe are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to conceptualise and create stunning visual designs that captivate audiences and enhance brand identity. The ideal candidate will possess strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing designs.Key Responsibilities:Logo Design:Conceptualise and create memorable logos that align with the brand's vision and identity.Deliver multiple logo options and iterate based on feedback.Marketing Collaterals:Design brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and other printed materials.Maintain consistency with the brand guidelines across all designs.Digital Banners:Create web banners, social media graphics, and advertisements optimised for digital platforms.Adapt designs to different resolutions and formats as needed.Campaign Support:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, and product launches.Ensure designs are aligned with the overall strategy and message.Brand Identity:Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all deliverables.Develop style guides and templates to streamline future design work.File Preparation:Prepare and optimise files for both digital and print production.Trend Awareness:Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing logos, banners, flyers, and marketing materials.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.Creativity: Strong ability to think creatively and produce original designs.Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and commitment to quality in design execution.Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to present ideas and incorporate feedback effectively.What We OfferOur company offers a creative and supportive work culture, growth opportunities in branding, strategy, and digital marketing, and the chance to work closely with founders and marketing heads.
