JOOLA creates a variety of equipment, apparel, and accessories for both table tennis and pickleball players, professional and recreational. Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team. The Senior Shopify Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Shopify e-commerce solutions to meet our business needs. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Shopify development and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.

Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement custom Shopify themes, templates, and functionalities.
· Develop and customize Shopify apps and extensions to enhance website features and performance.
· Integrate third-party applications and APIs to extend Shopify's core functionality.
· Optimize website performance, page load times, and overall user experience.
· Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
· Stay updated on the latest Shopify updates, trends, and best practices, and recommend enhancements accordingly.
· Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.

Qualifications:
· 4+ years of experience in Shopify development, with a strong portfolio highlighting Shopify projects.
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
· In-depth knowledge of Shopify platform architecture, Shopify APIs, Liquid programming language and Liquid Template Engines.
· Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment workflows.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Shopify certification(s) is a plus.
