Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled People & Culture Specialist to join our team.As a key member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and operational excellence.You will drive high-touch onboarding and offboarding experiences to ensure every joiner and leaver feels supported.Organize and run engagement, recognition & culture programmes and events that boost belonging and retention.Answer all employee queries and needs - onboarding, documentation, policies, benefits, etc.Assist in fostering a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the development and implementation of HR processes and tools to automate routine tasks.Manage employee data, documentation, and lifecycle updates in all HR systems.Execute internal policy around company asset and data management to ensure secure access and accountability.Assist in payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, and benefits administration.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operational workflows.Collaboration and Strategic ProjectsPartner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Assist in performance review cycles, engagement surveys, employee communications, learning initiatives, and process documentation.Contribute to process improvements, knowledge base creation, and HR automation projects.Generate people-analytics dashboards and reports, use data to spot trends and recommend action.
