Project Delivery LeadWe are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex technology and change initiatives across our financial services portfolio.This role is ideal for a proactive and structured individual with strong stakeholder management skills, a solid understanding of banking operations, and a track record of managing large-scale technology projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, risk registers, and progress reports.Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within the banking and financial services domain.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure cost-effective delivery.Required Skills & Qualifications:10 years of experience as a Project Manager within financial services, ideally in banking technology or large-scale IT transformation.Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects (e.g., core banking systems, payments, digital channels, data & analytics).Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.Benefits:Candidates must be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
