We’re looking for a Junior Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team and bring the brand to life across platforms. To apply, please email shaivya@letstilt.com. What you'll do: Design Create visually striking designs for social media (posts, stories, carousels) Develop graphics for website banners, emailers, and packaging Support in evolving the brand identity across new formats and campaigns Video Editing Edit reels, campaign videos, podcast snippets, and behind-the-scenes content Adapt content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, web, etc.) Add motion graphics, subtitles, and basic sound design where needed What we're looking for: Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar) A strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and brand consistency An eye for pop culture, trends, and what clicks with Gen Z and millennial audiences Ability to work with quick turnarounds and adapt to a playful, fast-growing brand Bonus if you love memes, wear cool bras, and have opinions on typefaces Perks: Work with a brand that celebrates real bodies and bold ideas A chance to shape creative direction, not just execute Young, collaborative team (with great snacks and chaotic energy) Huge opportunity to scale your role and career over time Other specifics: Salary - 30,000-35,000/month based on experience (negotiable for the right candidate).
