Expert Workday Implementation Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering successful Workday implementations to our clients.Your technical expertise and functional knowledge of Workday will enable you to design and deliver complex solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Key ResponsibilitiesLead small implementation projects, manage workload for the team, and assist in all phases of delivery lifecycle.Develop complex configuration for clients and leads, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads.Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support, lead and involve in data conversion activities, coordinate with leads and EM/PM for project delivery, and end-to-end ownership of assigned projects. Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas, thorough knowledge of Workday configurations, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.You should also be able to adapt quickly to new technologies and features, train users effectively, and have a passion for customer service.
