Job Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Hosting Data Analyst to join our team.This role involves working in an office environment, utilizing E-Discovery tools, handling data, and interacting with customers. No license or certification is required for this position.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with various departments as part of a cohesive team.Extract, transform, and load data onto hosted platforms using custom plugins or flat files.Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and screen shares.Create customer accounts, send invitations, and conduct platform walkthroughs when requested.Establish permissions for customer use before issuing credentials.Investigate client inquiries regarding printing, search results, and technical issues.Pick up tasks from internal task systems while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Attend team meetings and company town halls.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and professional experience (3+ years).Strong knowledge/working experience of E-Discovery tools, particularly Relativity.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Critical thinking skills and complex work direction retention.High technical aptitude or quick learning ability.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
