Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Statistical Programmer Leader to oversee the programming of one or more Phase I-IV studies as per project strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong SAS programming skills in a clinical data environment with excellent analytical skills, and working knowledge of other programming languages such as R and Python.The Senior Statistical Programmer Leader will be responsible for leading statistical programming activities for a therapeutic area or compound/indication within multiple studies/projects in various study activities to ensure timely and high-quality programming deliverables.They will develop and maintain programming documentations following programming standards and processes.Create CDISC standard SDTM mapping specifications and ADaM specifications.This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external functional service providers to ensure all programming deliverables are delivered on time with high quality. The successful candidate will also participate in developing standard macros, libraries, and processes, and act as a team player on various programming tasks.
