Partnerships and Sponsorships (Volunteer Role)

Join us as a Partnerships and Sponsorships Coordinator for our online hackathon In this volunteer role, you will help secure sponsorships and build relationships with key partners to enhance the event's success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential sponsors and partners for the hackathon.
  • Negotiate and secure sponsorship deals (prizes, services, or financial support).
  • Ensure all sponsor commitments are fulfilled, including branding and recognition during the event.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure sponsors receive visibility through various channels.
  • Manage relationships with sponsors, ensuring ongoing communication and satisfaction.


Key Skills:


  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships is a plus.
  • Ability to network and build relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Organized and detail-oriented to ensure sponsor agreements are met.
