Job Title: Business Intelligence SpecialistSummary: We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist with a strong background in ETL processes, reports, and database solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in developing and maintaining data integration and transformation systems using SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server.This role requires the ability to implement solutions, optimize code, and collaborate effectively in an Agile/Kanban environment under the guidance of senior team members.Main Responsibilities:Develop and maintain SSIS packages for data integration and transformation.Create and modify SSRS reports with basic to intermediate complexity.Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.Perform data validation and troubleshoot ETL process issues.Necessary Skills & Qualifications:Experience with Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools.Familiarity with Jira/Confluence for documentation.Key Characteristics:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a team environment with onshore/offshore members.Good communication skills (written and verbal).We Offer: A 100% long-term remote opportunity with flexible working hours between 11am-11pm IST. There is an overlap of 3-4 hours with the Pacific time zone.
