Job Title: Senior Business Solutions SpecialistOverview of the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with extensive expertise in the Manufacturing domain and a deep understanding of SAP modules & processes.The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and data analytics initiatives to define requirements, map processes, and drive solution delivery.Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business teams to gather requirements, prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and drive end-to-end solution delivery.Work with stakeholders to validate data, prepare documentation, conduct testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Map business processes to SAP processes and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.Define solutions for Data Analytics, Reporting, and AI-driven insights.Prepare detailed presentations and process flows, ensuring alignment with SAP structure and business needs.Support SAP ERP processes across Sales, Material Management, Purchasing, FICO, FI, S/4HANA, Ariba, CFIN, etc.Understand data modeling concepts and work with SQL queries for validations and analysis.Ensure successful delivery of solution components with strong ownership and accountability.Work in Agile environments following Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and XP principles.Demonstrate strong business process acumen and ability to connect processes to data architecture.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Manufacturing domain.Hands-on exposure to SAP ERP modules: Sales, Material Management, Purchasing, FICO, FI, and additional experience with S/4HANA, ARIBA, CFIN.Strong understanding of Data Modeling, SQL, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Proven experience delivering solution design, documentation, and implementation support.Preferred SkillsExperience in defining analytical and AI-driven solutions.Strong presentation and documentation skills.
