Job Title:Environmental Engineering Project ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineering Project Manager to lead our water sector and urban infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of successful project management, and expertise in civil engineering projects.Responsibilities:- Develop detailed plans and specifications for civil engineering projects, including water/wastewater/storm water systems.- Conduct site investigations and interpret survey data, maps, and other sources to inform designs.- Ensure designs meet all applicable codes, regulations, and environmental standards.- Prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, and other project-related expenses.- Prepare detailed project reports, specifications, and other project-related documentation.- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Requirements:- M. Tech (Environmental Engineering) degree or equivalent experience.- 8+ years of experience in civil engineering projects, particularly in water/wastewater/storm water systems.- Strong leadership skills and ability to guide a team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and stakeholder management.- Proficiency in MS Office, PPT, CAD software, particularly AutoCAD Civil 3D.Benefits:- Opportunity to work on-site and in varying weather conditions.- Travel to project sites as required.- Flexible work hours to meet project deadlines.Others:- Ability to work with surveys, field data collections, architects, and other engineers to coordinate project development and execution.- Strong mathematical and computational skills.- Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
