About the RoleWe are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives that drive qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies (email, social media, webinars, events, paid ads, etc.) that align with business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audience segments and create personalized outreach strategies.Leverage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel and optimize ROI.Key Responsibilities include tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions. Identify opportunities for ABM and high-value lead targeting, coordinate with external partners and vendors for campaign execution, and maintain accurate lead and campaign data in CRM/marketing automation tools.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.0–2 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or lead generation (SaaS/IT industry preferred).Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign analytics.Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).
