Creative Lead for Spatial Solutions

Job Title: Design Manager- USAs a seasoned design professional, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our design and creative output. Your expertise will ensure that our design and creative deliverables are meticulously aligned to client expectations and executed within stipulated timelines.Key Responsibilities:Plan and conceptualize layouts for commercial and residential spaces within defined timeframesManage a team of skilled interior designers and 3D visualizers to deliver high-quality drawings and designs as per client requirementsCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective project plans from start to finishSelect and approve materials finishes in consultation with clientsDevelop and coordinate various project schedules, including furniture, lighting, and decorative elementsWork closely with graphic designers to create custom wallpaper designs and other graphic elements as per client feedbackEnsure seamless coordination between technical drawings and site executionRequirements:At least 4 years of experience in designing corporate and residential spaces, with in-depth knowledge of interior elements and building structuresExceptional design sense and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong understanding of design codes followed in the USAExcellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal presentation skills and ability to communicate design concepts to clientsProcess-oriented approach with an ability to motivate team membersComprehensive knowledge of materials, costing, and GFC detailsUnderstanding of client engagement and technical drawingsMulti-tasking abilityPreferred Skills:Proficiency in Autocad, MS Excel, Photoshop, Sketchup, and 3DS-MaxExperience with drafting, quantity assessment, design conceptualization writing, and project pitch presentationsAdditional Information:Attention to detail and team management skills are essential for this role
