We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing SDR and AE with experience selling SaaS solutions to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle sales, from lead generation to closing deals, for QuickReply.ai, our market-leading WhatsApp marketing automation platform. The ideal candidate will have a track record of exceeding sales quotas, strong negotiation skills, and an understanding of the SaaS landscape in a high velocity sales environment.

Team
We have raised seed funding in April 2023 and planning to grow our team from 35 to 50. QuickReply.ai was founded by two IIT-Delhi alumni having 12 years of experience who developed enterprise software for companies like Oracle, NetApp, Walt Disney, and MindTickle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients through outbound and inbound lead generation, delivering qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn/ WhatsApp outreach, lead follow-ups, sales qualifications, and offer detailed product information.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to maximize client retention and growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate the value of QuickReply.ai in driving effective WhatsApp marketing.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to address these effectively.
- Provide feedback to the product team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Accurately track and report sales activities and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SDR or AE, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven ability to manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
- Experience in lead generation and business development.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Experience selling marketing technology is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and sales process.
