Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more).Responsibilities:Track vendor performance against key metrics (KPIs), SLAs, such as on-time delivery, quality, and cost. Address performance issues promptly and collaborate with vendors to implement corrective actions.Partner with cross-functional teams locally and globally to drive continuous vertical and horizontal process improvements at scale. Use AI and other technologies for continuous process improvement and re-engineering. Review vendor data, identify process improvement opportunities and drive improvement of vendor performance (SLA compliance, MBRs, QBRs).Identify and program manage strategic projects to solve for challenging business issues by working with stakeholders, managing communications, and overseeing milestones and timelines.Lead and deliver regular business reviews and execute a robust vendor governance plan in the form of weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews.
