The ideal person is someone who loves creating clean designs, enjoys experimenting, and wants to grow quickly inside a high-energy, fast-moving brand environment.ResponsibilitiesDesignCreate social media creatives, marketing assets, and ad-ready visualsDesign website banners, emailers, posters, and simple packaging mockupsWork with brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual styleDevelop visuals for product launches, campaigns, and everyday contentVideo EditingEdit short videos for reels, ads, and social mediaAdd subtitles, transitions, motion elements, and basic animationsRepurpose long videos into short clips for multiple platformsSupport brand shoots and content creation when requiredRequirementsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Canva expertiseStrong sense of aesthetics, layouts, colours, and typographyUnderstanding of social media content styles and trendsAbility to handle feedback, iterate fast, and work on tight timelinesPortfolio that shows your creativity and thought process (We welcome portfolios of all levels — self-initiated work counts.)Nice to HaveBasic product photography or shoot assistanceSimple mockup skillsInterest in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle category designWhat You'll GainDirect mentorship from founders & senior teamOpportunity to build a strong portfolio very quicklyExposure across branding, social media, content, and marketingA collaborative, supportive, low-ego work environmentPerformance-based growth opportunities
