Strategic Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-calibre Strategic Analyst to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing critical support in planning, analysis, and execution across multiple sectors.Main ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and financial modelling for new ventures, including luxury product lines and design-led creative extensions. Develop comprehensive business plans, revenue projections, investor decks, and strategic recommendation reports.Serve as a key liaison between designers, galleries, cultural institutions, real estate partners, and investors. Stay abreast of global best practices in luxury design, real estate innovation, and public art programming.Key Analysis & Reporting TasksPrepare analytical briefs, dashboards, and performance reports for ongoing projects (sales, construction progress, budgeting, and revenue realization). Synthesise insights into actionable decision notes for senior leaders.Monitor competitor movements, policy changes, and sector trends across real estate and culture.Project Management & OperationsOversee multi-sector projects across various initiatives, ensuring cross-team coordination, timely execution, and operational accountability. Maintain trackers and master dashboards for live projects — development, cultural programming, partnerships, philanthropy, and events.Identify potential challenges and propose strategic or operational solutions proactively.Support to Public Arts Trust of India (PATI)Provide strategic support to PATI leadership on fundraising, sponsorship decks, institutional partnerships, and programme budgeting. Assist in planning and executing cultural events, artist residencies, and other initiatives.Draft communication materials, briefs, and board notes for senior leaders with clarity and sensitivity to tone.Executive Support, Calendar & CommunicationManage the calendar, meetings, travel, and weekly priorities of senior leaders with precision and discretion. Prepare briefs, speeches, emails, and presentations that accurately reflect their voice and strategic intent.Coordinate internal and external communication, including follow-ups with teams, government officials, cultural partners, collaborators, and stakeholders.Personal Assistance & Day-to-Day CoordinationProvide day-to-day personal assistance to senior leaders, including task management, reminders, and coordination related to household, travel, personal appointments, and lifestyle logistics.Work closely with support staff to ensure seamless daily functioning and adherence to schedules.Assist with personal projects, events, and commitments with the same level of organisation and discretion applied to professional responsibilities.Act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring balance, clarity, and efficiency across the executive's ecosystem.
