You'll work on integrations, custom solutions, and platforms like Magento, WordPress, and Shopify, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead backend development using Laravel and modern PHP frameworksArchitect scalable, secure, and maintainable systemsManage system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party servicesOversee projects involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related stacksConduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practicesCollaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end deliveryEnsure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentationPreferred QualificationsWe're looking for an experienced Tech Lead who has:A minimum of 5 years of backend development experience in PHP, with deep expertise in LaravelExperience working with Magento, WordPress, and ShopifyStrong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooksProficiency in PHP, Laravel, Java, ReactJS, Node.js, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git)Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple clients and work in a fast-paced environment
