Supply Chain Role OverviewThe position of Supply Chain Specialist entails overseeing supply chain operations for industrial paints/chemicals. This includes managing procurement, forecasting, production planning, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with R&D, production, and sales teams to guarantee timely availability of materials.Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, encompassing procurement, demand forecasting, and production scheduling.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless material flow.Develop accurate demand and supply plans to optimize manufacturing efficiency.Monitor lead times, delivery schedules, and inventory accuracy levels.Requirements:5–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain management within the industrial paints/coatings or chemical sectors.Proficiency in SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.A master's degree (MSc or MBA) is mandatory.
