Position: Support Engineer (Data Storage)
Location: Sion, Mumbai
We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer with expertise in enterprise-grade data storage. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support for companys enterprise data storage, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Technical Support: Deliver hands-on support and troubleshooting for data storage solutions, including file-level and block-level storage, and server systems.
Client Interaction: Provide clear communication and solutions to client inquiries, maintaining Apogean's reputation for reliable service.
Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions.
Requirements:
Linux knowledge must.
Proficiency in enterprise-grade data storage systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills and technical acumen.
Ability to work effectively with clients to resolve technical issues.
