Search Ads Specialist
Job Location : Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune

We are seeking a Search Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Search Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Display Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Pmax, Standard Shopping campaigns and Apple Search. The role involves strategizing, implementing, and analyzing paid search initiatives to achieve brand objectives and drive performance.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Setup:
Conduct keyword research, audience strategy planning, and competitive landscape analysis.
Build and restructure Search/Display/Shopping campaigns including account structure, ad group creation, and ad copy development.
Ensure correct platform setup, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360 integration, linking with relevant systems.
Ensure correct segregation of Products under GMC Feed

Strategy Development & Execution:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop search strategies and tactical plans.
Refine strategies based on consumer engagement, performance reviews, and audience insights.
Align campaigns with brand objectives, measure success via KPIs, and refine based on insights.

Performance Optimization:
Conduct audits, diagnostics, and quality score optimizations for campaigns.
Adjust budgets, bids, and buying strategies to meet pacing goals.
Implement and analyze automated bid strategies to improve campaign performance.

Tagging & Tracking:
Oversee site-side tag creation, and implementation. Ensure accurate conversion tracking and should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the tracking issues.
Use auto-tagging and manual tagging as required.

Reporting & Analytics:
Develop and maintain budget pacing documents, analyze campaign performance, and report findings.
Monitor keyword, ad copy, Ad Group, Campaign and landing page performance using different reports like Quality Score Analyzer, RSA Analyzer, Auction insights, SQR analysis Ad Group & Campaign level analysis.

Testing & Innovation:
Lead testing of new keywords, ad copy, ad extensions, and landing pages.
Explore new networks and search innovations, analyze test results, and present findings.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and related platforms.
Strong experience in keyword research, campaign management, and ad copy creation.
Knowledge of tracking systems, tagging, and automated bidding strategies.
Analytical skills to assess performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in EST/PST time zones or flexible to work in any time zone based on project requirements.

This role demands someone working in night shifts (EST timezone)
