Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Job Title: Compliance SpecialistThe successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and compliant Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for international customers.Key Responsibilities:Create regulatory-compliant SDS documents in accordance with US, EU, CA, and other country-specific regulations.Conduct thorough research to gather necessary information from various sources, including supplier SDS.Evaluate the toxicity, environmental, chemical, and physical properties of substances and products to determine hazards.Perform quality control reviews of SDS/Labels prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance.Develop and maintain relationships with external customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Environment, Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene) or Chemical Engineering. A Master's degree is preferred.Knowledge of at least five of the following regulations: REACH, GHS, OSHA, WHMIS, IATA, IMDG, ADR, ADNR, TDG, DOT, ADG, EPA, CEPA, TSCA, FDA, PCPA, CCCR, CPSC.3-5 years of work experience in sciences, product stewardship, or regulatory affairs.Experience with EH&S related software and consulting skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.About the Company:We are a global leader in enterprise software and services that enables companies to manage and optimize their environmental, health, safety, and sustainability.We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all colleagues.
