A professional team of global scale collaborates with top clients on exciting projects in an environment where we learn and grow every day.Candidates who share our values and are passionate about shaping the digital future of finance are welcome.The VeriLoan Collection Product Owner crafts, governs, and executes the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the VeriLoan Collection module—a centralized collections and debt management solution for retail, SME, and corporate banking portfolios.This role ensures that the product empowers financial institutions to manage delinquency, automate collection strategies, improve recovery rates, enhance compliance, and reduce operational costs.Key responsibilities include communicating the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach for VeriLoan Collection, aligning with bank collection priorities, risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and organizational objectives.The Product Owner oversees main product improvements and aligns Collection module development accordingly.They own, prioritize, and regularly update the product backlog, focusing on high-value collections features such as early delinquency workflows, automated reminders, segmentation strategies, promise-to-pay tracking, skip tracing, restructuring workflows, repossession, and legal collections.The Product Owner translates business, risk, and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development, QE, and integration teams.They collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (sales, delivery teams, credit risk units, legal departments, collection teams, compliance, and client banks) to gather feedback, communicate changes in priorities, risks, and dependencies, and ensure alignment across all parties.Required Skills and Qualifications:Key skills required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related fields, 10+ years of experience in product ownership, collections systems, credit risk, debt management, or financial software platforms.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, decision engines, and integration patterns is also necessary.Benefits:Candidates who share our values and are passionate about building the digital future of finance are welcome.Others:Join a dynamic team of professionals working together to shape the future of finance.
