We are dedicated to providing customized lending solutions that extend beyond traditional banking.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for the position of Placement Head. The Placement Head will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, financial modeling, due diligence processes, and accounting. We’re looking for an experienced professional with strong connects and relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Fund Flows, AIFs, and Lenders who can independently chase and close deals on it's own to drive business growth. The role also includes conducting in-depth financial analyses, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Effective coordination with clients and stakeholders is essential to ensure that all financial initiatives align with the company’s objectives.QualificationsProficiency in Analytical Skills, Finance, and Financial ModelingManage end-to-end placement operationsIndependently source, chase, and close dealDrive business development strategies to meet revenue targetsExperience in Due Diligence and AccountingExcellent leadership and management skillsBuild and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Fund Flows, AIFs, and LendersPrior experience in corporate finance roles is highly desirableMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
