With over 25 years of collective experience, Poetry Designs offers comprehensive services under one point to enhance design, planning, execution, and coordination quality.Location: Whitefield, BengaluruJob BriefAs a Project Architect - Planning & Design you will be responsible to head projects from day zero to the handover, this is a full-time role at Poetry Designs in Bengaluru. The Project Architect will be responsible for submittals, architecture, project management, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and overall project success.Roles & responsibilitiesExperience in Architectural floor planning and designing carving out unique living spacesExperience in residential villa planning, construction and interiors preferredLead team and conduct client meetingsPlan efficient project managementAct as point of contact for all technical issuesOversee the execution and delivery of the projectProficiency in creative and critical thinkingDemonstrated experience in client servicing and client handlingAbility to work on tight timelines with strong attention to detailStrong Leadership skills and ability to manage projects effectivelyHighly organized and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience 2-3 years related experience. Open to evaluate talented freshers too.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUP, V-ray, Enscape etc.Excellent problem solving skillsStrong technical expertise related to design and constructionExposure towards AI design & planning tools is a plus
