With 100+ team members across Mumbai and Bangalore, we’re one of India’s only integrated digital groups that connects content, creators, and conversion at scale.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs a Senior Associate, you will independently manage multiple brand accounts across Amazon & Flipkart. This includes full-funnel Amazon Ads strategy, catalogue/content optimisation, data analytics, client communication, and revenue-driving initiatives. You’ll lead performance for 4–6 accounts and act as the primary client POC.● Lead Amazon and Flipkart Marketing Ads.● Create & Implement ad strategies to increase eCommerce revenue.● Handle, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated withAmazon/Flipkart.​● Maintain and monitor key metrics for 4-6 accounts.● Optimize campaign performance to get better scale while maintaining ACoS.● In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendationsfor campaigns.● Work cross-functionally with R&D teams to understand new products andlaunch them on Amazon.● Direct, handle and be able to generate daily, weekly and monthly reportingfor all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other key metrics.● Communication to team and management on project development, timelines,and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.● Be on top of the latest happenings and algorithm changes for the platformand implement the most cutting edge strategies for best-in-class results.Requirements● Experienced with Amazon Marketing including organic and paid marketinggrowth.● An insatiable desire to win A clear-minded approach to continuously andrapidly improve your skills so that you are amongst the best in adsmanagement.● Extreme interest in business results and their linkage to marketing tactics.You should be extremely interested in rapidly growing businesses via Digitaladvertising.● Experience in interpreting data and making business recommendations.● Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple,competing priorities simultaneously.● Confidence in the analysis of number-based reports and experience in MSOffice (esp.
