Senior Architect

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render and other visualization tools. The role involves handling end-to-end design development, client coordination, and working closely with project teams to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically strong design solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design development process from concept to execution.Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, etc.Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and project requirements are met.Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality standards.Mentor and guide junior team members in design and software skills.Prepare presentations as required.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in architectural design and project handling.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render (knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, or Enscape will be an added advantage).Excellent visualization, design, and problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction techniques.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Good communication and client-handling skills.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of sustainable and green building practices.Experience in preparing working drawings and GFC sets.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
