Technical Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role involves providing application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Dynamics 365 solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service. They will also have experience creating plugins, JavaScript code, and Azure function apps.In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modulesSupport and maintain Power Platform solutionsConfigure and customize Dynamics 365 CE including plugins, JavaScript code, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service BusManage and coordinate system upgrades, wave updates, and patch deploymentsSolution lifecycle management (DevOps, ALM)Work as an escalation point primarily for a subset of customers but also across the wider teamChampion best practice across the teamRequirements:Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) in a technical roleExperience creating plugins, JavaScript code, and Azure function appsStrong experience with the wider Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages)Expert knowledge of D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field ServiceExperience integrating Dynamics CRM with third-party APIs and custom integrationsMicrosoft certifications PL-200 and PL-400, other certifications are a plusExperience working with DevOps, ALM processes, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutionsKnowledge of SQL data migration and reporting toolsExperience with Azure services and PowerShell scripting is a plus
