The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of job scheduling and automation, combined with strong expertise in Java.Key Responsibilities:1.Design, develop, and manage process definitions in Redwood RunMyJob to meet operational and business requirements.2.Interact with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.3.Strong experience in multiple migration projects and good knowledge of RMJ architecture and landscape.4.Good experience in requirements gathering, design, and providing solutions.5.Integrate SAP systems with Redwood to enable efficient and automated workflows.6.Configure and optimize process servers, queues, and other scheduling elements for system performance and scalability.7.Create and maintain schedules, calendars, and time-based triggers for seamless job execution.8.Monitor system environment for performance, reliability, and errors, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of issues.9.Troubleshoot job failures and provide root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.10.Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support system maintenance and knowledge sharing.11.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.12.Stay up-to-date with Redwood RunMyJob features and updates and recommend improvements.13.Train junior team members on Redwood platform functionalities as needed.14.Worked on RMJ performance tuning of long-running jobs.
