Occupational Therapy CareerCareer Overview:The ideal candidate will work with children with Autism and other developmental needs, providing individualized interventions to enhance their daily functioning and overall quality of life.Key Responsibilities:Conduct customized Occupational Therapy sessions tailored to each child's therapy goals and functional needs.Assess children using standardized OT tools to evaluate fine motor skills, sensory processing, daily living skills, coordination, and motor planning.Develop and implement evidence-based Intervention Plans.Provide sensory integration therapy, handwriting support, ADL training, and motor skill development.Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.Registered/Licensed Occupational Therapist (preferred).Prior experience working with children with Autism or developmental delays is beneficial.Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
