Senior Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our data quality assurance team. This role involves designing, developing, and executing test cases to validate ETL processes, ensuring data extraction, transformation, and loading adhere to business rules and functional specifications.Etl Testing: Create and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure that ETL processes meet requirements.Data Validation: Verify data integrity and accuracy between source systems, staging areas, and the final Data Warehouse/Data Marts.Sql: Write and optimize complex Sql queries to perform data analysis and reconciliation checks against large datasets.Power Bi Testing: Validate the underlying data correctness, visualization logic of reports, dashboards, and data models built within Microsoft Power Bi.Defect Management: Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects, working closely with data engineering and development teams to ensure timely resolution.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Data Warehouse (Dwh) and Etl testing.Excellent proficiency in writing complex Sql queries, including joins, subqueries, and analytical functions, for data validation and reconciliation.Solid theoretical and practical understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and Olap/Oltp principles.Proven experience in testing reports, dashboards, and data sources utilizing a major Business Intelligence platform, with specific experience in Power Bi testing being essential.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions.The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Your Benefits:We offer a competitive salary package, opportunities for career growth and professional development, and a collaborative and dynamic work environment.What We're Looking For:A motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for quality assurance and data analysis.The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, as part of a team, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
